Upon delivery, the customer will be instructed to inspect the merchandise. If there are any damages, they are to call the store before the delivery personnel leaves so arrangements can be made to resolve the issue at that time. Once the inspection is completed and the ticket is signed, all sales are final.
Customer Pick Up Policy
If the customer decides to pick up their merchandise instead of the option for delivery, this pick up policy will release River City Furniture of any obligations for any damages such as, but not limited to damage to the item, or bodily damage, or any property damage during the transportation or moving of the merchandise. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the merchandise before leaving the store. Upon the signing of this policy in our store, you are in full agreement with River City Furniture that the merchandise is in good condition, and that you are assuming full responsibility of the merchandise at this time. Therefore, there will be NO REFUND for any merchandise if any damages occur. NO EXCEPTIONS!
